What shirt brand do you print on?
All Dish Rags standard t-shirts are printed on Bella + Canvas tees, unless otherwise stated.

What size should I order?
Our sizes range from XSmall – 3XLarge. Please see our sizing chart for more details and suggestions for fit. These are unisex tees and sizes run big for women and we recommend that women order one size down from their regular size.

What type of printing process is used on your apparel?
All of our shirts are printed by hand and custom made at the time of ordering, using a heat transfer processes.

Shipping

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
We are taking preorders from 5/24-6/14. All purchase will be released for Standard shipping on 5/15. Standard shipping for orders in the United States takes 10-12 business days. Most orders are received within 10 days of ordering.

What shipping method do you use?
Standard shipping for orders in the United States are shipped via USPS First Class or Priority Mail.

Do you offer package tracking?
Yes! We will provide you with the tracking number once your package is shipped. A shipping confirmation email will be sent, once your order has left our facility.

How much does shipping cost?
It depends on your country and the size of your order. The easiest way to determine your shipping cost is to add the items to your cart, select your country, and press the “update total” button.

Do you ship internationally?
At this time our system is not set up to ship internationally however if you would like to make an international order we may be able to accommodate special circumstances. To make an international order request use the contact page with subject “International order”.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
Since we print every product when it is ordered we CANNOT PROCESS SIZE EXCHANGES. Please be sure to check our size chart before ordering or send us an email for questions.

If you received a defective item, we’ll happily replace it. Faulty items will be exchanged for the same type of product in the same size. Please use the contact page to inquire about further information.

All of our items are made by hand at the time of purchase. We do not have a warehouse or inventory. We do not issue refunds on orders that have completed payment and shipped.

Can I cancel/modify my order?
Please note we print every product when it is ordered. You can modify/cancel your order 24 hours after placing your order, after that we immediately begin processing your order. Please make sure to confirm all order details prior to submitting the order. Please use the contact page for any questions regarding your order.
