Something like ranch but better! Cool, creamy, spicy and versatile. Can be used as a salad dressing, dip or as a sauce.

Ingredients
  • ½ cup plain kefir
  • 1½ tablespoons dried parsley
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon of grated Parmesan
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 2 teaspoons Bragg’s liquid aminos
  • 1½ teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1½ teaspoons onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon fresh thyme, roughly chopped
  • ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 2 garlic cloves minced (1 teaspoon)
  • 1 jalapeno, stemmed and seeded
  • ¾ cup light mayonnaise
Instructions
  1. Place everything in a food processor or blender and puree.
  2. Add in mayo and pulse 3-4 times until mixed in. Pour into small bowl, stir and refrigerate for 1 hour. Serve chilled with veggies and chips or on top of tacos, burgers and fries!

Homemade cranberry sauce made with nodes of brown sugar and orange.

Ingredients
  • 12 oz fresh cranberries, washed and dried
  • ½ cup white granulated sugar
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • ⅓ cup orange juice
  • ⅓ cup water
  • 1 pinch of nutmeg
  • 1 pinch of salt
Instructions
  1. Add all ingredients to medium pot on medium high heat and stir all ingredients together. The cranberries should pop in like 5 min. Then reduce the heat to low and let simmer for another 5-7 minutes. Keep an eye on the pot and stir frequently.

  • ½ cup of olive oil
  • ⅓ cup tablespoon prosecco
  • ¼ cup mint
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon coarse black pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon of lemon zest
  • a pinch of red pepper flakes
Instructions
  1. Add all ingredients to a food processor or blender and blitz until emulsified then refrigerate.

  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • ⅓ cup packed parsley, chopped
  • ½ of large orange, juiced
  • 1 hard boiled egg yolk (discard egg white)
  • 1 tablespoon capers
  • 1 teaspoon dijon mustard (sugar-free)
  • 2 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 shallot, minced
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic, minced
  • salt and pepper

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor and blend until smooth. Continue to add salt and pepper to your taste

Serves: ⅔ cup
Ingredients
  • 1½ cup packed basil
  • ⅓ cup parmesan
  • ¼ cup toasted pine nuts
  • ⅓ cup grated parmesan
  • ⅓ cup + 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 cloves of garlic, roasted
  • salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spread nuts evenly on a rimmed baking sheet along with garlic gloves; toast in oven until golden about 5 minutes.
  2. Combine basil, grated parmesan, lemon juice, salt, pepper, roasted pine nuts and garlic cloves in a blender and with the motor running drizzle in olive oil. Blend until sauce is smooth.
  3. Store and refrigerate pesto sauce in an airtight container.
